Instructions:

This burger was cooked on the fire pit with a frying pan for the onions.

  1. Slice onion into rings, place in frying pan and drizzle with the cooking oil.

  2. Place frying pan on fire pit and start to cook.

  3. Season beef patty with salt and place on grill next to frying pan.

  4. Once the onions are 3/4 cooked drizzle the balsamic glaze over them stirring it all in with your tongs, don’t be scared its tastes amazing.

  5. Once the patty is 3/4 cooked place the cheese on top of it and then put the bacon and the pineapple on to the grill next to the patty.

  6. When all of these elements are cooked place them into the frying pan and put to one corner to keep to warm.

  7. open up your brioche bun and place both halves face down on to the grill.

  8. When the bun is fully toasted place it into the frying pan and take all the cooked ingredients back to your camp table.

Now its time to build your burger:

  1. Take all the ingredients for the special sauce and mix in a bowl then spread evenly over the top and bottom of the toasted bun.

  2. Put the base of the bun onto your board and place the burger patty with cheese onto the base of the bun.

  3. Place the onions on top of the cheese.

  4. Put the bacon on top of the onions.

  5. Place the pineapple on top of the bacon, yes its got pineapple in it!

  6. Place the rocket on the lid of the bun then turn the lid onto the pineapple without spilling the lettuce off.

And there you go, this is what I would consider one of my best creations, The Tropical Hawaiian Burger, ENJOY!
